Russian Foreign Ministery Sergey Lavrov has said that the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) struck a deal with ISIS terrorists offering them a safe corridor out of Raqqah, the terrorist self-proclaimed capital in Syria.
Lavrov rejected SDF statements arguing that the group had reached no agreement with ISIS.

“We, of course, heard eventual statements by the US command, which said they intended to change the tactics and instead of periodically organizing offensive forced marches around Raqqa, they will be encircling Raqqa to prevent IS militants from escaping. We’ll see how this will be implemented in practice,” Lavrov said according to the Russian state-run news agency TASS. “Our Defense Ministry confirms this information. It relied on authentic data. Moreover, soon after this information was made public, IS [ISIS] militants really exited Raqqa and moved towards Palmyra.“

The minister argued that wherever ISIS terrorists are staying, they must be destroyed and Russia will comply with this position.

Kurdish leadership of the People’s Protection Units (YPG) announced on Sunday the death of 111 of its fighters during offensives by the Turkish Army and Turkey-backed Islamist groups in northern Syria.
According to the YPG media office, the Turkish Army and allied Islamist rebels launched more than 80 attacks on Kurdish areas held by the YPG in May.
“Turkey’s military used heavy artillery and mortar shells in its offensives against the YPG-held areas in Rojava-Northern Syria,” YPG officer Habun Osman told ARA News.
The Kurdish forces responded to 51 attacks in May, killing two Turkish soldiers and 20 pro-Turkey Syrian fighters, beside wounding at least eight fighters.
One of the main Turkey-backed groups that have been attacking the Kurds in Syria is the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, which has recently stepped up its attacks on YPG-held areas in Afrin district in northwestern Aleppo.
The recent Turkey-led attacks have also caused dozens of civilian casualties among the Kurds in Rojava, according to human rights activists.
The YPG also revealed that their headquarters in the Shaddadi town in northeastern Syria was exposed to a ISIS-led twin car bomb attacks last week. The targeted building was a security office of the Kurdish Women’s Protection Units (YPJ). “The terrorist attack led to the death of eight YPJ female fighters and the injury of several others,” it said.
The YPG is a leading faction within the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), an alliance that has been engaged in heavy fighting against ISIS and other radical groups in northern Syria for years.

Kurdish forces capture ISIS military base and three villages surrounding Raqqa

DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3:00 A.M.) – After capturing three rural villages and an eastern neighborhood of Raqqa on Tuesday, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) proceeded to secure other vital gains on the outskirts of Raqqa city.
On the northern axis, SDF contingents overran Mazraat Hattin village and the adjacent Army Storage Base. This advance brings them within three kilometers of Raqqa city’s northern suburbs. The last major obstacle on this flank is represented by the highly fortified Division 17 army base.
On the western axis, the SDF – comprised of fighters from the People’s Protection Units (YPG) and Manbij Military Council (MMC) – took full control over the villages of Tall Harqalah and Al-Nora, thus establishing a springboard to assault the western gates of Raqqa city. With only one ISIS-held village in the way, Kurdish forward units are roughly 2,500 meters from entering the western suburbs.
With the Islamic State collapsing on all three flanks, SDF commanders have left nevertheless open a southern route of escape if jihadist militants should choose to battle the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) instead of defending the ISIS capital.
The SAA officially entered Raqqa province on Tuesday, liberating six villages in its western countryside and virtually expelling the hardline group from Aleppo province.
In other news, 273 Kurdish conscripts joined the MMC on Tuesday.

SAD će do kraja godine priznati Kurdistan i potaknuti oružanu pobunu Kurda u Iranu i Turskoj!?

Sjedinjene Američke Države i njihovi saveznici priznat će do kraja godine Kurdistan, nakon što se na području autonomne kurdske regije na sjeveroistoku Iraka održi referendum i proglasi neovisna kurdska država.
Tu informaciju Hrvatski Medijski Servis dobio je iz dva diplomatska izvora u BiH još prije mjesec dana, da bi njena kredibilnost bila potvrđena proteklih dana kada je pomoćnik kurdskog čelnika Massouda Barzanija Hemin Hawrami na Twitteru objavio kako je vodstvo autonomne kurdske regije zakazalo referendum za 25. rujna, nakon što, zajedno s iračkim snagama, protjeraju ISIL iz Mosula.
-Zakazivanje referenduma o neovisnosti nikad se ne događa ukoliko ne dobijete jamstva vodećih svjetskih sila, da će priznati novoproglašenu državu. Kurdi su mnogo puta ranije najavljivali referendum, ali ga sada prvi put zakazuju, jer su, očito, dobili “zeleno svjetlo” iz Washingtona, kazao je jedan zapadni diplomata Hrvatskom Medijskom Servisu.

Interesi SAD


Interesi SAD na Bliskom istoku sada su se poklopili sa višestoljetnom težnjama Kurda za vlastitom državom. Kurdi su vjerni američki savaznici još od vremena američke invazije na Irak i rušenje Sadama Huseina, a danas u borbi protiv ISIL-a i Amerika, koja cijelo vrijeme naoružava i obučava njihove vojne postrojbe Pešmerge ih sada želi nagraditi za to savezništvo. SAD, istovremeno, želi tim činom ostvariti dvostruki cilj- osigurati vlastito vojno prisustvo, uspostavom  moćne vojne baze na teritoriji novouspostavljene države u neposrednoj blizini Irana  i potaknuti na pobunu Kurde u toj zemlji, koju SAD smatraju svojim glavnim neprijateljem, te jugoistoku Turske na oružanu pobunu i pripojenje novouspostavljenoj kurdskoj državi, kojoj bi se pripojila i kurdska područja u Siriji, pojašanja sugovornik HMS-a. SAD bi tako jednim potezom ojačala svoje vojno prisustvom u tom dijelu islamskog svijeta i istovremeno teritorijalno, a onda i vojno i politički oslabile Iran i Tursku.

Nacionalno kompaktno područje


Ovakav scenarij je, dodaje, realno izvodiv s obzirom da područja na kojima živi kurdska populacija u četiri bliskoistočne države čini etnički kompaktno područje.
U Iraku živi 4,7 – 6,5 milijuna Kurda čija je moderna povijest prošla razdoblje masovnih progona i genocida pod režimom Sadama Huseina sve do 2005. kada je u Sulejmanijskoj, Arbilskoj i Dahučkoj pokrajini ostvarena autonomija (Irački Kurdistan). Dva milijuna Kurda živi u Siriji, a najviše Kurda danas živi u Turskoj (12,6 – 14 milijuna), primarno u regijama Jugoistočne i Istočne Anatolije. Između 1979. i 2013. na ovim se prostorima vodio tursko-kurdski sukob s ciljem stvaranja kurdske države.
U Iranu živi 5,4 – 7,7 milijuna Kurda koji čine većinu u Zapadnom Azarbajdžanu, Kurdistanskoj i Kermanšaškoj pokrajini, te sjevernozapadnim dijelovima Hamadanske i Ilamske pokrajine. Osim ovih područja koja spadaju u zemljopisno homogenu regiju Kurdistana, Kurdi također predstavljaju većinu i u 1000 km udaljenom Sjevernom Horasanu na krajnjem sjeveroistoku zemlje. Na osnovi historijskih, etnolingvističkih i religijskih faktora Kurdi su dobro integrirani u multietnički Iran, gdje ne postoji snažna opća volja za separatizmom ili čak autonomijom, dok od ovog šablona odstupa sunitska manjina ili marksistički nastrojene kurdska grupacije (PJAK).
Glavna religija kod Kurda je islam, primarno sunitska grana rasprostranjena u svim krajevima Kurdistana. Milijuni Kurda su i šijiti, a općenito se dijele na imamite u Iranu, alevite u Turskoj i alavite u Siriji. Precizna demografska statistika vrlo je teško odrediva zbog panarapskih, panturkijskih i kurdskih iredentističkih političkih manipulacija (npr. grupiranje svih alevita pod Kurde). Zbog svih ovih faktora procjene kurdske populacije kreću se između 23 i 32 milijuna, a površina Kurdistana od 200.000 do 400.000 km²./HMS/
